The Test Kitchen

 This is an experience. 

They do their best for every course to surprise and delight.  

A degustation menu like this at home is a $200 per person experience, so to have this as a free option is just amazing. 

There are 6 courses, and they try to make every course be different to what you expect. I will not spoil the surprises here, but this is a great dinner. 

Some people have complained that the food is not to their liking, and that is fair. The food is definitely out there, and if you are looking for steak and mashed potatoes, this is not your place. But if you have a sense of adventure, you will be delighted. 

On longer cruises they change menus half way through, so you can go early and late in your trip and get 2 different meals.
